WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
As a Software Engineer in Product Innovation Creation & Design, you will be working on the latest technology to support the product creation process. That means, you will be helping the designers and developers bring to life some of our most coveted products.

In this role, you will have passion for front-end experiences, design and have an eye for detail. You will be willing to dive into unknown technology and help make recommendations on how we build out current features and new solutions.


WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH
As a Software Engineer in Product Innovation Creation & Design, you will work with several other engineers at varying skill levels. Additionally, you will be collaborating with our User Experience and product partners. You will also get the opportunity to see behind the curtain on how Nike product is really created and help inspire the next generation of designers and developers at Nike.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Creative skills bringing passion for design and eye for detail
  • Collaborating and reviewing with UX designers developing pixel perfect front end interfaces
  • Develop extensions and plugins for multiple adobe products
  • Develop web interfaces
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, SASS, Javascript
  • HTML + HTML5, semantic markup, accessibility and concepts such as OOCSS, BEM and ATOMIC)
  • Experience with browser APIs, including a working knowledge of event lifecycles and performance optimization
  • E2E testing framework
  • Unit test frameworks such as Jest, Karma, Jasmine, Chai, Sinon
  • Experience with Node.js, Babel is a plus
  • CSS - including cross-browser compliance
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with vue.js, vuetify.js, vuext, React (experience with other frameworks such as Angular is a plus), Redux, Template Technologies, Micro Services, REST Web Services
  • Basic Linux and command line skills
  • Docker, GitHub and Jenkins experience a plus
